Emma is responsible for the supervision of the operations of residential properties in CA and NV, as well as the development of student housing. Emma also works in acquisition and disposition of income properties for the firm and analyzes investment opportunities. She communicates daily with staff to ensure accurate financial tracking, prompt resolution of daily challenges and high level of resident service.
