Tiffani Phillips
Assistant Property Manager

Tiffani serves as an Assistant Property Manager for the properties in Goleta and Santa Barbara. She is responsible for our student leasing as well as ensuring smooth operations for our residents and property manager. Additionally, she assists the Asset Leadership team in the headquarters office with overall portfolio management and performance.
