Senior Asset Manager – Las Vegas

Tom currently oversees the operations of a mixed portfolio of apartment communities and commercial assets in Arizona and Nevada. He is responsible for all aspects of operations including financial reporting, annual budget preparation, hiring and coaching on-site teams to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Tom has more than 10 years of experience in property management and has been involved in a wide range of asset types including conventional multifamily housing, commercial property management, new construction and interior/exterior renovations.
